I know this has been discussed previously, but with the newer plasma TVs, and in particular the Panasonic, are light from abundant windows and shadows still an issue? We have a very modern addition on our home with a lot of windows (although not directly pointing towards where the TV would be). I'd appreciate thoughts on the wisdom of placing a plasma TV in a room with that kind of natural light. Many thanks for the input!

Plasmas are not good in rooms with abundant natural light. Get a good LCD.

I totally disagree with dallasbill. Natural light will reflect off of any type of tv. As far as the image getting washed out, an image on an LCD will get washed out much worse than on a plasma.
