need help fixing my Philips lcd tv

My philips 47PFL3603D/27 started to turn on with black screen with sound..we keep turning off/on till picture comes on...now tv is dead..opened up and the F1 fuse (t8 250) fuse is blown....Put in a fuse....blew that one too...i do not see any thing burnt...Any clue what went bad ? Has the 2300kego33aF ....272217100571....plhl-t722a board thanks
