| I have a vintage Panasonic system that the CD player has decided not to work. The tape and tuner both work. On CD display panel the light is stuck on "over" mark. On the amplifier, button is lit on VDP and won't change when I push CD input selector button. Any help out there? |

| sounds like your amp is hosed. maybe as simple as a stuck switch, or as bad a junk it out. any surges lately? |

| I forgot to add that the CD player quit working when I accidently tried to play a DVD that I thought was a CD. Would that have caused the problem? |

| try unplugging everything from AC power for a few(5-10) minutes then. that should clear the error. |
