Milk and Calcium?

Posted by konrad___far_north (My Page) on

I know, there are web pages saying milk calcium is not absorbed by the body...actually taking calcium out of your bones.
It was shown or said that milk producing countries have more
bone fractures then none drinking nations.

Can someone show me scientifically reports on this to make my
son a believer?
I do drink milk...in moderation and eat other milk products.
I also think Yogurt is good for you.

I did a google search on "milk Calcium" and the reports from various sources tend to make me wonder just where you get the idea that milk calcium is not absorbed by body.

It's an important source, but not neccessarily the only one.

Here is just one link. There were many others.
