Thanks for sharing all your experiences.If you are interested in trying a colon cleansing program or purchasing a cleansing product,my advice is to change your diet at least a week in advance.In addition colon cleansing program there also are such things,that you can do to cleanse out your system by simply altering your diet.Foods that you should be eating include fruit,fresh vegetables,rice,and other grains to get a sufficient amount of dietary fiber.You should avoid foods which are fried,high in fat or sugar,dairy products.

that part is very good advice. Mother Nature is a smart lady. If you do your part by eating correctly, She will do her part by making your body work better. Then you won't need to buy fancy-smancy pills and stuff.

One other thing, drink plenty of water and try to skip as much extra salt as possible.
