Twitching eye- other vision problems

I have had an eye twitching, or jumping for a few days now. It is really getting on my nerves.
Plus the other day, with no warning what so ever, my vision split. it was like one right on top of the other. It was only in one eye. Any ideas on the cause??? |

Hmmmm.....I was going to tell you to take sublingual B12 for the twitching, but the other problem needs an opthamologist. How long did your vision stay that way?
Do you have any other medical problems? Do you get migraines? |

I do get migranes, but the aura I get sometimes with them is way different. The vision spliting lasted a couple of m inutes, but it really freaked me out.

When you say your vision splits, do you mean you see double out of one eye? |

Yes, double, one on top of the other. Just the one time, but it was scary.

| It would be a good idea to see an opthamologist. I occasionally have funky visual things. A couple of times my vision went totally sideways. It IS very scary. |

| If the opthamologist doesn't find anything, then a neurologist might be a very good idea. |

| Have you been under a lot of stress lately? I get an eye twitch when I am stressed out or not getting enough sleep. |
