OK - that sounds good esther opal - I hope you didn't think I was belittling your information - if you did, I apologize. What is your zone? Do you get a lot of snow/frost heaving in your winter? I have lost quite a few plants, not just hosta which seem to weather the winter a little better than other, to frost heave. Sometimes almost all my hosta roots are above ground when I get to them in the spring. This year because of my back and not getting out to the garden, the deer and rabbits have been feasting! I am hoping the green stalks will provide enough green for the plants to gather a little strength. One other thread I have read suggests that I might be lucky! Refusing and fighting injury claims is a daily matter, the effort is just part of an insurance company's cost of doing business. Just like paying the monthly bills for telephones and salaries. Whether they use in-house lawyers or have outside firms under contract, facing down opportunistic people acting like they've won the lottery is required with most injury claims. Threatening a suit will probably elicit a laugh, because the potential amount involved is too small to warrant such a large effort. The normal outcome for what you've described is a negotiated settlement, or failing that, a settlement involving arbitration. My advice to you is to move on from how the other party did or didn't react at the time, or what they did or didn't say. Everyone reacts differently in such situations and it isn't your concern. It also doesn't give you the right to be vindictive. The other thing is, it's unlikely the at-fault party will ever know the outcome of your dealings with their insurance company. They're likely out of the picture.

Val - Thanks! So you think I should get a different pillow and throw for the wing chair? I'll admit I don't love that planter I just had a hard time finding anything. A different style? Not an urn type? Big, wide pot? I've thought about a coffee table. Even found one on CL awhile back I considered getting. I think I'm going to hold off though. Getting back on track, do you think I should still keep the other pillows on the couch except for the matching one in the middle, and try and find a kidney shaped lighter pillow to tie everything together. I will say I was looking at the room again today and IRL the sofa and loveseat have the gold color that matches the bronze/gold pillows exact but looking at the whole room it kind of looks like the tan color of the wing chair. What about the main wall with the web chair? Should any art go there or no?

I'm sorry you're going through all this. I've had a lot of health issues since I was in my mid 20s so I know how tough it is. I'm almost 60 so I've dealt with this for over half my life. One thing I have and I think it's more common than people think is low magnesium levels.
