I broke my foot a couple years ago and have suffered from tendonitis in it since. I have seen a few podiatrist and they simply recommend taking an anti-inflammatory. I saw this infomercial for an infrared light device and was wondering if anyone had used one.

The light doesn't sound promising to me.

I had tendonitis in my elbow once, and it took a long time to go away. I think time was the healer on that.

I wonder if a visit to a physical therapist could give you some help.
