Blood cell counts and food

I have never had problems with my blood levels until this last test. My red blood cell count has recently dropped to just slightly below normal. Also, my MCH (hemoglobin) is slightly elevated. Other abnormalities are a low white blood cell count, low absolute neutrophils, ad low alkaline phosphatase. Any ideas of what this could mean and what I can change in my diet?

What does your Dr. say? Are they checking for cancer? Be aware that just changing the diet may or may not help. You need professional advice.
