| Last time I went to the doctor's, they checked my iron levels and they were low, but not downright anemic. They said to take vitamins for women, I had been getting the unisex ones. I got some specifically for women, but the iron levels were the same, 18 milligrams. Should I look for vitamins with more iron? I'm sort of reluctant to get just plain iron supplements, since I've heard they can cause digestive problems, which I don't need (I know, who does.)

| Don't forget to eat iron rich foods too. I would just take those vitamins for a while and see how much improvement you have over the next few months. It will take a while. |
