| Next time, try doing it with your RIGHT arm for two hours and see if you get the same reaction in your right arm. Was this the first time this year that you had a chance to sail...or were you accustomed to steering with your left? If it hasn't eased up a little by tomorrow morning, check with your doctor or go to the ER. |
