| I read the comments about the Crystal Lens but am considering having the Tecnis lens implanted in June during cataract surgery. I've read articles online from doctors, but not users, so am very interested in successes/failures, etc. about this lens plus if you have to wear glasses afterwards. Thanks in advance! |

| I have cataract in both eyes. The left eye was inplanted with TECNIS Z9002 monofocal lens on May 4th, 2011. So far I have clear vision between 2 feet to 200 feet. Can read signs up to 200 and need glasses in distance less than 2 feet, basically for reading. I am thinking to use TECNIS multifocal for the right eye to abe able to read without glasses. I will discuss this tomorrow with my doctor and let you know what he recommends. Please let me know if you find anything about TECHNIS mulitfocal IOL. Thanks |
