| Periodically, red bruises/spots/blotches/blobs appear on my arms. Some time they appear from minor bumps - other times I can really bang my arms and nothing happens.
I now have BIG bruises on arms from fighting with big bushes in the yard that didn't want to leave. Is there anything to do to lessen the bruises? I thought maybe rubbing them to spread around the blood - does this make sense? Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks. |

| I don't think there is anything that will help with bruises. A bruise is blood under the skin. Constant bruising can be from something simple like thin skin. Other times it can be a symptom of more serious things like Lukemia. If you haven't done so I encourage you to see your doctor and have this checked out |
