| Have you checked out this site? It's sounds as if it would work if you stuck to a strict diet. Scroll down to the part about how much weight you might lose. It looks as if a goodly number of people actually gain weight. I guess it's like most weight lose plans, you have to have the will power to stick to a diet and exercise. |
