| Got this nasty thing during my daughter's birth 28 years ago. It only pops up occasionally, about 10 times a year.
I tried every cream and fix on the market and nothing worked. Then I thought, it is a swelling, put ice on it. Ok, so take an ice cube, hold it on the area for about 30 seconds, dry and put on natural cocoa butter. Pain is gone immediately. Not kidding, it works for me. Nice thing is if you are out you can get ice anywhere! Works for me. Hope this helps. |

| you can also just sit on a ice pack for a while. |

| My husband's doc told him to do a final cleaning with a damp tissue. That really works and the gentle suggesting helps also. |
