| Try taking Magnesium supplements, we do not eat enough foods with magnesium, (fish , nuts, green vegetables) My children and I take these every night, at dinner, liquid form for kids. (or even Calcium/magnesium combo), makes big difference in sleep, also helps with hyperactive children, headaches, and cramps. Your skin and hair/nails get real healthy. |
