OMG, Ellie! Sending up prayers for your besieged cousin! Elly's bout with uterine cancer, last September, was the absolute scariest thing she & I have ever been through! Whenever I actually thought about it, while Elly was away up north in Springfield for eight days (with her mother, sister and brother, while I remained here with our autistic son), to have her uterus removed, etc., I would personally become physically ill. - God bless and comfort you all!

I remember them from few yrs back. They had a little flower or decal on each slide. The slides hung down in a circle & made a very 'light' tinkle sound. Guy in S.F. had about 300 & I really liked those. Don't remember seeing them in stores tho. Jan

Thanks for the tips on the Skyview app. My boys are really enjoying it. It'll be even better in the summer when we can really use it outside! I ended up ordering a microscope and a few prepared slides from Lakeshore Learning (as recommended by the kindergarten teacher at school). She could not recommend a specific model but suggested a school supply store. I can't wait until Christmas so we can start using it! MBOSTON - Lakeshore also carries a Planetarium. Brenda! I had a huge panel in a 20' slider spontaneously shatter as well. It happened for us in March and Western claimed no responsibility and literally said, "get on the website and find a vendor in your area to buy a replacement panel". I found one ... spent SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and western didn't ship evereything required for the install. Now I have been waiting for the second part for 90 days and the install still isn't complete. This happened in MARCH. I am screaming from the rooftop for people to never buy Western Windows. It's the worst investment we made in the remodel.
