 o
any shorter / 2 or 3 day cleansing / detox programs?

Hi all,

I'm 34 and have a spinal cord injury. I looked at the master cleanse / lemonaide diet and would love to do and clean out all the toxins in my body and many health benefits. But because I need help getting to and from the bathroom everytime I don't think right now I can do that one without major problems.

But I know there has to be other less explosive ones.

What are some simple things I can do to start detoxifying? Like drinking water? Water with lemon?

I like eating whatever taastes good and isn't good for you, and luckily I've had a good metabilusm. But I know I would be much more healthier if I can cleanse my body (insides ) and feel better.

Does anyone know of a good site / forum on this topic or a particular diet / program?

Thank you so much,
Ian

When watching the Doctor's, they said no one needs to do a detox, its a hype. Don't waste your time or money.
