In mid 60s - droplets of blood in bowl
Comments (10)Some years ago when I was about 50 I had blood on tissue, not a lot but daily. I stopped drinking sodas & it stopped. Yrs later I thought the Pepsi smelled so good,at a party, so I poured about an inch in a glass & drank it. Same aching, cement bags around my waist feeling & blood on tissue. So I discovered once damaged it does not heal or whatever. So then I found out my Bro. had every test in the book & dr. could not find out what was wrong. I called him & asked him what was going on. He said blood in urine. I told him, cut out sodas, I mean all of them, no chocolate Hanson's, Coke, Pepsi, orange, 7-Up etc. It all has same effect- causes you to bleed. The acid is sodas is also what damages bones. So bro & I have been free from blood in urine for several yrs now. So if you get checked out & they can't find anything like bro's Dr. did, could be what you are drinking! We did an experiment in college taking rusty nails & putting them in Coke, cleaned them up really nice. You can imagine what it does to your guts! It is hard to give up tho but if you get scared enough you can do it. Plus that pain is not fun....See MoreLOL, I am crying over here....
Comments (13)I miss the good old days when we had regularly scheduled chats, twice a week. DH told friends and family that I couldn't be disturbed cuz I was at a "hen party". It hurts that so many wonderful friends have left the table because of a few mean-spirited people. I guess their mothers never told them "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything"...or they never learned the Golden Rule. I'm staying right here, and hope that someday the bad guys will leave and the good guys will come back....See MoreA sensitive question about....hemorrhoid banding
Comments (11)Okay, I know this is going to sound too good to be true, but I swear on my daughter's life it is true. My husband suffered something fierce from hemorroids for years, had all sorts of procedures done, including surgery. Nothing helped, they kept coming back and he was totally miserable. Then at a ladies meeting, we got to talking about medical conditions and I mentioned his predicament. Well one lady came over and said to try Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Apply it a couple times a day on the hemorroids to obtain relief. I am here to tell you it worked !! Within a week, he had nearly complete relief. And within a month, it was as if he never had them at all. My DIL mother had them really bad too and now is using the EVOO as well with wonderful results. Try it, it's inexpensive and might save y'all a lot of pain and grief. Helen...See MoreHemorrhoids.....a first for me!
Comments (16)rhizo. My hemorrhoids were protruding....sticking out...which is very painful when walking or sitting. I had an appointment with a hemorrhoid specialist but that appointment was months away and none of the over the counter preparations were helping me at all. I think I bought every preparation the drugstores had. Upon reading all the labels of ingredients in each, the common ingredient was camphorated oil. I remember my mom having a bottle of that oil. I believe it was used to dry up cold sores and probably had other uses too. I went to the drugstore and purchased a bottle of camphorated oil, put some on my finger and coated those protruding hemmies, then with my finger I shoved them back up inside of me. Believe me when I say it really, really burned, but it did cure them. I kept the appointment and when that doctor examined me, he could not find a trace of any hemorrhoids at all. He asked, "Are you sure you had them?" Oh yes I "had" them. I didn't have the heart to tell him how I cured them....See Morecoolmama
