Comments (7)one big way is to stay completely away from any of the data mining sites like facebook, myspace, twitter, all social networking, etc, they are the pretty mask of the ugly truth, all they want is your info and they want it really bad, they make billions of dollars because people freely just dole out their info and all their friends info to them with a big smile on their face. Then wonder why they end up with spam, viruses, trojans and rootkits plus why their identity seems to be stolen, hummmm... 1+1= I was just recently asked(by a large company) about how those social engineering sites could aid employers to find out info on potential employees which they would not of course be providing on their applications. Within a few minutes of having the names of 3 people I was able to provide them with a wealth of info all of which was very negative in respects to hiring, so if people think they can just put anything out there and it NOT come back to bite them, very very wrong. Comments (11)Okay, I know this is going to sound too good to be true, but I swear on my daughter's life it is true. My husband suffered something fierce from hemorroids for years, had all sorts of procedures done, including surgery. Nothing helped, they kept coming back and he was totally miserable. Then at a ladies meeting, we got to talking about medical conditions and I mentioned his predicament. Well one lady came over and said to try Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Apply it a couple times a day on the hemorroids to obtain relief. I am here to tell you it worked !! Within a week, he had nearly complete relief. And within a month, it was as if he never had them at all. My DIL mother had them really bad too and now is using the EVOO as well with wonderful results. Try it, it's inexpensive and might save y'all a lot of pain and grief. Helen...See MoreDo you use coconut oil?
Comments (27)I like coconut oil to moisturize lips, skin, hair, stir fry veggies, make curries, and husband uses it to pop popcorn. From what I've read, the problematic fats are the ones which are partially hydrogenated (trans fats) and, according to medical research, cause all kinds of health issues. They were widely used in prepared foods, but the FDA banned them a few years ago and many companies have replaced them with other oils....See Morecoolmama
