Overweight or obesity is not healthy and even lower one's self-esteem and confidence. Losing weight entails discipline and determination. There is no such thing as rush or rapid weight loss because if you lost rapidly there is great probability of gaining weight hastily also and the weight you loss maybe doubled. Healthy way of losing weight is through exercise, daily exercise entails discipline and focus. Another one is well balance diet that need also discipline.
