Turmeric

Has anyone used the herb Turmeric and if so did you have any side effects? It sounds just great but I would like to hear from anyone who has used it.

| Isn't it the key ingredient in Yellow Mustard besides mustard seeds? There are all sorts of home remedies using mustard - none of them have been very effective in my experience but I was never suffering greatly either so I may not have noticed if it worked. |

| turmeric is the primary ingredient in curry. It is used in mustard to proide color, but it is the last ingredient listed so probably in small quantity only. I like curry, but not enough to eat it every day. My husband loves it so I put it in his lunch casserole every day |
