Hi Leslie~ hope your DS feels better real soon. My oldest DD has asthma too and it's not fun to deal with especially when they are sick on top of it. This week I am determined to get at least one thing finished! Every year we pick a family and do the 12 days of Christmas for them. (one gift each night up until Christmas Eve) So I got this wooden box from the TS that says "Will work for Milk and Cookies" and I'm painting a Santa on the other side of it. Will fill it with milk and cookie fixins for the gift. I know it's not time to be thinking of Christmas quite yet, but if I don't get some of these projects started I'll be frantic by then. I also have a few Thanksgiving projects I need to get painted up. Will post pics when I'm done. :) ~Anj

I don't think I am liking the Nebulous White, too grayed and not enough contrast. Maybe Extra White 7006 would look better LRV 86 it is YG. Should I go darker than Silverplate for even more contrast? Yikes, I don't know what to choose. Ellie Gray 7650 LRV 40, in the GY family might look good with Extra White. Anyone have an opinion about these colors?

tree time is counted in decades .. no need to be in a hurry about this ... the key.. is to have it done when you can still do it safely ... e.g. too tall for ladder.. extent of you pole tree saw ... etc ... i had this very often ... on spruces.. it was the darn birds perching on the highest tip of the plant ... destroying what would have been the terminal bud ... but if you did want to do it.. now is the time.. so the shortened one can set buds ... while still be subordinate ... just dont go in there.. and try to remove one right at the bud whorl.. and somehow break off the other one .. been there.. done that ... usually a ladder or pole pruner issue ... ken
