Removing Wisdom Teeth after the age of 50

I am 52 yrs. old and still have all my teeth, including all four of my wisdom teeth. I have even had them drilled and filled when necessary (very difficult for the dentist to do -- not much space back there). However, she says that they should be removed, as they are affecting the molars next to them (you know, the "pocket" thing -- "I have a #8 here and a #7 right next to it," etc., etc.,etc.

I am just curious how many people reading this actually still have them???
