| I forgot that you were diabetic when I suggest that you drink Ensure or Boost. They are loaded with SUGAR. I wouldn't worry about your weight unless your doctor wants you to gain. It's probably much less that you are used to but it may be a very good weight to help with your insulin and your diabeties.
