purple legs

| My grandaughter got up one morning and as she stood up her legs turned purple. She had no pain and never felt anything but the legs were very purple. She went to emergency and the doctor had no idea what caused it. It cleared up just like it came on. She used to swim a lot like going to swim meets all over the country and competing a lot. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? |

| Did they check all her pulses......in her groin, knee, feet? |
