website for nutrition breakdown?

| Hi - I'm from the bird & computer forum but I am hoping someone could help me. I had a wonderful website where you could just type in any food at all & it would give you a nutrition breakdown and what it did for you. In plain, simple talk. I lost it somehow. Does anyone here know of what it might be ? Thank you so much, Debbie. I have also posted this on the exercise & nutrition forum as I am desperate. |

| Do a google search for: Nutritional values There are lots of sites there. Perhaps you will find exacly the one you want or one very close to it. |

| Thanks - I did that already but couldn't find that certain site. They were all technical but the one I wanted was more down to earth advice with the info. But thanks anyway. |
