The Climatic Cure

Climate can play an important role in natural treatment and prevention. Its effect is mild, sometimes hardly noticeable, but it is also long lasting and effective.

A climatic cure is an excellent help for treating and preventing several disorders, such as rheumatism, heart problems and stress. Anyone who discovers and benefits from its effects, will be anxious to repeat it year after year.

Nonetheless, it is important to bear in mind certain basic principles, if the therapeutic power of the climate is to have an effect on the body:

- You must be in direct contact with natural agents. There is no point living out in the woods or on a mountain, if you spend all day in an artificially air-conditioned room, isolated from the outside world.

- Follow a vegetarian diet that includes little food preparation.

- Strike the right balance between physical exercise and reviving rest.

- Strictly avoid all type of toxic substances, such as tobacco, coffee, mate, alcohol, or any other drug that may counter the beneficial effects of the climate.

- Adopt a positive, mental outlook, avoiding negative thoughts and anything that may bring these on, such as reading or watching items that make you feel distrust, pessimistic or anxious, all of which can have a negative effect on your health..
