I have recntly had knee replacement surgery on both knees and am doing very well.
I do have other minor arthritic issues..low back pain.....muscle pains.......hand and finger pain...I seem to ahve some minor arthritis in my feet also.
This is all minor but does slow me down at times.
What I am wondering about is whether or not it is worth it for me to start taking Phosoplex??
anyone have any advice?
Thanks

Look for health store products that contain hyaluronic acid. This is a protein found in synovial fluid which lubricates joints and helps keep inflamation down. I took it for bursitis killing me for almost and year and within HOURS the inflamation began to subside. I'm on my 3rd day
and the pain and inflamation are 90% gone and the range of motion is about 94%! This is uncanny but true! Good luck.
