Afer years of delivering the mail I have horrible lower back pain and pain in my right upper back. Has anyone has tried inversion tables. Do these have any benefit or they all hype?

RE: inversion tables

You need to know what is causing the pain. Muscles, nerves, pinched spinal cord, slipped disc or what. By doing the wrong thing you can irritate rather than help. Have you seen a doctor?
