| I mother died on December 20 and as the date approaches I became depressed. This year I am giving the depression the boot! We had always had just a small tree but I bought a lage one and decorated it in early November. When I see how beautiful it is and how it represents hope, my spirits are lifted. Another thing I'm doing is calling my friends more often; especially those dealing with the loss of loved ones. I allow them to vent and I relate something positive or humorous. If I can help someone else, it also helps me. |

| That's great you put up the bigger tree. I hope it adds happiness to your holidays. And yes, calling your friends is a good thing too. |
