'Heaven'

Softly touch the rays of the Sun
Don't cry any more
Forms of Mirth flutter by
God's grace in every
Blade and feather.
Yonder past the horizon
Where the variegated sky
Meets the rising Sun
That place felt dreaming
There my loved ones await me
For all eternety living
All smiles and Worship
Not with tears and sweat
Yet in glorified bodies
Waiting in no anguished haste
For time and pain have lost all meaning
They suffer not our separation
Soon I too will bask in His glory...
Thank you God, for showing me
With a beautiful summer morning.

-Dedicated to my brothers

That's a gorgeous piece of writing there, straight from deep in the heart.

Hi CariJo ... please go to "Letter from Heaven" as it is a beautiful poem I want to share with you. I too lost many family and friends and have read this poem at their funeral and afterwards many people asked for a copy of the poem so I would like to share it with you also. Hope it gives you some small comfort.
Jeanette
