I'm the fretter in our family. Hubby is Man-of-Action! While I fretted, he pulled out my crafting gun, heated up some glue in it, and viola! Had to ask him which of the two boys I broke! All is well for our little Teddy Bear Trio again! LOL If it doesn't work, I now know a couple of other types of glues to use. Thanks. and whew!

Lol, just wait for your turn Kristi! The first ten or twenty times you go up and back to Orlando, you will be wiped out. By the time the other one gets to Tally and you do that ONCE you will actually look forward to having to go to Orlando! It came out to 920 miles round trip, not couting the driving around Tally. Kate, I am a plant addict...so far I've been through Brugs, Bananas, Palms, Tropicals, Fragrant, Tropical Fruit, Begonias...you name it. My latest obessions are Broms and Hoyas so I know exactly how you feel! Many interests are a good thing with plants :) I only noticed that GW keeps switching my favorite forums cause I use my trade list as my master list, lol. Otherwise I would be totally oblivious (as usual!)

Oh, I got one of these before. It took him a long time to show his legs and I was wondering what that thing was. I have seen one one time only and it was kinda weird to see him walk. Like a prehistoric insect, with a very thick armor. No idea what it is...he's kind of cool though :)

Seems to me much depends on how you would react. It's a pretty good bet that you've both changed over the years and maybe you'll be closer or maybe you'll be farther apart. If the person is much younger, perhaps they'll be involved more in their own life, raising kids, work, hobbies, etc so you might not get a lot of time. If that sort of thing would bother you, don't do it. If it wouldn't bother you and you really are interested, I'd say go ahead. The issue of their arrest, to presume that they'd "know" or "think" that you'd know is pretty presumptuous. If it's a concern, maybe you should find out what it's about. Sounds like you don't care so no big deal. I'm concerned as anyone about personal safety and the like but I don't run scared thinking that everyone in the world will attack me. Checking with someone to see how they're doing is a pretty LOW likelihood of great danger or of them camping out on your doorstep or moving in with you, unless you want it. There's been a couple people I've wanted to touch base with over the years. On research I've found some are dead. Others I didn't find, though I didn't search too hard either. Good luck with whatever decision you make.
