We have just moved here to be close to our gk's but were not really happy, you see this is a big city and we are used to small towns.I don't know if I can live here and be happy, although I love my gk's and all,It just does not feel right.I have a 5hr week job to past the time but it is not helping.I babysit my gk's also, but it just that something is missing and I can't put my finger on it.
If you can help me please do!

RE: Why so down

Can you move out of the city to a nearby small town or suburb where you'll feel more at home. Moving is very hard, and "they" say it takes about 5 years to create a comfortable life that feels like home.

You've left everything that gave your life it's structure, and comfort. Can you find a church or some volunteer activities so you can meet people?

While it's important to be near the GK, you need to focus on creating a life that works for you and your DH, with friends, activities and pasttimes that give you pleasure.

Good luck.
