Everyone who lives far away from their grandchildren- should read

| My son’s family made aliyah last year. They have three children, all under the age of 8 and we worried that our relationship with our grandchildren would suffer. My wife and I support their decision, but it’s really far away and we can’t afford to go there more than once or twice a year. We talk on the phone and send pictures by email but it was discovering mygrandchild.com that really made a difference. My daughter-in-law had heard about it from some friends who had recently moved and they swore by it.
My wife and I could not believe what the site had. Games, books, activities and art—all the things my grandchildren love to do! They asked questions to learn about the children’s ages and interests. We picked books and activities and then all we had to do was set up a time to get together! The site even accounted for our different time zones! My grandchildren love getting the emails with the invitations to meet and we have a whole list of books waiting for us. The best part about the site is that they give us trivia questions and discussion topics with the books so we have ready made questions and fun stuff to do. It’s amazing—they are thousands of miles away but every time we are on mygrandchild.com, it’s like they never left! Try it and you’ll see! Everyone who lives far away from their grandchildren should use mygrandchild.com!

Invest in a web cam for yourself and your grandchild's home. It is a great way to communicate and doesn't cost anymore than your web service. Read a book before sending it to your grandchild, make notes if your memory is as bad as mine, so you can discuss it later. |
