Hi Chilihot. I'm in Wasilla. I'd love to see Southeast Alaska, but haven't made it there yet. My husband used to go to Juneau and Sitka on business.

Hi, I just found this forum and your post. I lived in Ak 13yrs. Been out for 10yrs. I was in Juneau and Eagle River. I loved Juneau and miss it terribly. I lived a stones throw from the airport behind the Best Western Motel.

I live in Montana, but visited Juneau recently. The first person I met was a transplanted person from my hometown. How small a world is that? BYW, I thought Juneau was great, and will be back there next summer.

Florindae - I try to garden, but mostly I grow weeds. I have some perennials and planted daffodils and tulips last fall - I guess we'll see what comes up. I live in Douglas, where do you live? Chilihot

Hello Chillihot After many months I am just visiting this forum again and noticed your message. I live in the Valley, near Mendenhall Boulevard on Cedar Drive in a small house hidden behind the jungle of plants. Have you visited the Community Garden on Montana Creek? great place to experiment with plants. Cheers Florindae |
