Greetings:

I am in the process of programming a new "Keyless Entry Pad"
for above reference opener. But, the "learn indicator light" will stay glow for about a minute, instead of thirty seconds as indicated in the owners manual instructions. I entered the 4-digit PIN after the light stop and the motor lights do not blink; for some reason the PIN is not learned. remotes".
Also, I followed the programming instructions with the "Premium Control Console", without success.I have no problems with the "hand held remotes'.
Your assistance will be much appreciated. THANKS...

Try this. Press and immediately release the smart/learn button and then walk over and key in your 4 digit PIN. This normally works. There is a chance you got a bad keypad.

Thanks to Don, for your input to my inquiry. I changed the Keyless Entry Pad and "bingo" the garage door is now back in operation.
