Vote: Triple Garage or Double with Parking

We are going to be building a garage in the summer and we are wondering what would be more valuable for resale value in the future (i.e. what do the common masses prefer)? Please leave a comment with your vote!

Option 1) Three car garage - 28' deep and 32' wide with parking for a small car on the side.

Option 2) Two car garage - 28' deep and 26' wide with parking available for a camping trailer on the side.
