| When the temp. goes below 35 degrees my garage door goes up about a foot and stops. It will go up if you are lifting as the door is raising. Why would this happen only in colder weather.

| If anyone used grease in the past it can cause this problem. On the rear of the motor unit you will find a control called the "up force." Increase this about 1/4 turn. |
