Craftman garage door opener problem

I am having problems since my son tried to open the door using the keypad. I don't know what he did, but now the remotes and key pad don't work. I unpluged the unit, cleared the memory, reset the keypad, reset the memory on both remotes, replaced the batteries on both remotes and still nothing. When I punch in the code on the key pad the buttons start to flash. I am not sure why, but I do not know what he pushed to cause this and how to clear it. Any help?

I think your son is being blamed for something he couldn't have caused by using the keypad. The buttons flashing on the keypad is normal. You didn't mention the wall button. Does that work? Sounds to me like you have logic board problems.

Don, Sorry to say but my son has the ability to do anything with anything. The wall button is the only way I have to open and close the door. I can program the key pad and it will work at least once, but then it stops. How hard is it to change out to logic board?
