| I have two problems that I can't find answers to in the manual:
1. I have one remote control device and the battery in the remote is working. The remote will open but won't close the garage door. 2. To close the garage door using the wall operator, I have to press the large button until the door is completely close or it will stay open. Can you help? |

| It sounds like your door sensors are misaligned. Each of them has a small light that will be on when they are pointed at one another. Tweak them until the both lights come on. If they don't light you probably have a bad sensor. |
