| I took it upon myself to put new batteries in my wife and my remote. I also reset the opener and set the frequency to open and close the door. Everything was working great until my neighbor came home and as she opened her garage door mine also went up. I have change the numbers on the remotes but everything I have tried does not work. This neighbor is not aware of the situation so it is not anything she is doing. Any suggestions? |

| You say you changed the numbers on the remotes. What numbers are you referring to? Do your remotes open her door? How old is your unit? |
