Gap under carriage garage doors

Hi,

I have wooden carriage garage doors that open by hand. There is close to a 2" gap at the bottom of the doors. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to seal? We do have a problem with the cement floor outside the garage rising in the winter causing the doors to become more or less stuck. The gap is large enough for tiny birds to fly in which they have done.

I'd wonder about what's causing that much movement in your apron. Just about any remedy to the warm weather gap will make the sticking problem worse in the winter.
It sounds like frost heave under a slab which was not done correctly.
