How to close garage door with one click on remote

I have a cratfsman garage door which opens with one click of a button on my remote as well as mount wall button. However, when i close my garage door, i cannot do it with my remote, and i have to HOLD down the wall mount button until it shuts down completely and release it as soon as it hits the ground. for a newbie, if the timing is not right, then the door will not close, rather it will start opening again.

Can someone please teach me how to set up my door to close with one click on the remote.

If when the door reverses the main lights flash 10 times it is a problem with the door sensors. Make sure the small light on each one is lit and not flickering. Tweak them a bit. If you cannot get both lights to come on you have either bad sensors or bad wiring.

I dont have door sensors installed on my garage door at all. Do you think that it the problem ?

If your opener came with door sensors you must install them or it will not work correctly.
