Craftsman Garage Door KEYPAD

Posted by polar5554 (My Page) on

I recently bought my home and i have a Craftsmen garage door opener...The previous owner's didn't leave the code. How can i reprogram the keypad if I don't know the current code? Also, I don't have a manual either.

But I do know the model is 139.53964SRT.

Any help would be appreciated.

On the rear of the motor unit near where all those white wires go you will find the smart/learn button. Press and immediately release it and then walk over to your keypad and key in your 4 digit code and press enter.
