| my problem is that the belt on my belt drive garage door opener keeps twisting on the side that the screw is on. could someone please tell me how to stop this from happening? |

| I have never seen this happen but I would look closely at the sprocket on top of the motor unit. If the bearing is worn this will lean forward and could cause the problem you are having. If this is the case you should check the balance of your door. |
