I have been reading on here, and I have determined that the 5 flashes from the led light indicate an overheated motor or a rev counter malfuntion. It was working fine then jus stopped half way up. What can I do to overcome this problem? Thanks

Are you getting the 5 flashes code? Does the opener just stay there and not move at all? Be sure to check the door hardware to make sure it is not hanging up the door.

Yes, I am getting the 5 flashes, the motor clicks when I push the button, but nothing tries to move. I dont think anything has got it bound up,I have been opening it manually, but I will go check the piece that catches on the rail to see if it is free
