My Genie Pro Stealth GDO has gotten very finicky. It opens fine every time, but it doesn't like to come down. Most of the time I just hear a click. The light comes on, but it won't move.

If I push the button enough times, sometimes it will come down. If I give the door a little shove, then press the button, it will come down. It also works if I close it immediately after opening. It's seems like the motor is either wearing out, or it takes too much efort to close the door. I adjusted the down force, but to no avail.
