| I have a craftsman 1/2 garage door opener; purchased Oct 2003. TOday the door just opened and closed by itself several times. No obstructions. The learn button light is on and blinking. Any thoughts?? |

| If the learn button light is flashing randomly it is normal. Your problem is most commonly caused by a bad wall control or the wiring to it. To eliminate both possibilities you can remove the wire from terminal 1 on the rear of the opener. To eliminate the wall control you need to take it off the wall and remove the wires going to it. Be sure to notice which wire goes where because they are color coded. |
