Suncast garden shed-how can I anchor it

I am considering purchasing a Suncast garden shed from Lowe's. It is 4.7 x 3 x 6. We tore down our old rusty galvenized steel one that was only held together by the screws, so we already have concrete pad to put the new one on. We wanted to go smaller and this one seems to around the size we want as we don't need a large one for bikes anymore and our yard is tiny.

You can see the shed I am talking about here:

My question is how does one go about anchoring these kinds of sheds - I believe the material is "resin". Does anyone have any experience with this or have an idea on how to go about it?

Drill a hole in the concrete, slip a lead anchor in there and then bolt the shed down.
